Translator Intern – Chinese

To coordinate with academic officers and work on various content development projects as assigned by the project PIC.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Core responsibilities

• To do necessary translation work (from Chinese to Vietnamese and vice versa) and proofread language display for platform UI presentation
• To assist in creating multimedia content for content production (including but not limited to audio files/video files/ presentation decks)
• To assist in content material development (including but not limited to assignments, exercises, text edition, data input)

Additional tasks

• To support and cooperate with other academic teams as requested
• To support cross-departmental assignments as requested

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3rd-4th year college students or fresh graduates from renowned universities majoring in Chinese linguistics/ Chinese pedagogy
• Strong computer skills in Office tools, G-suite tools
• Experience in online learning & teaching is a plus
• Good Chinese competence (C1+ (HSK 5 equivalent or above)
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Good time management skill
